Title,
和讃繋珠録
A collection of hymns of the sewn in orb(Lotus sutra) into the clothing.

Last page,
時天明三 九月江府青柳精舎ノ旅館二テ
禿筆ヲ走ス東臭弘府 無知斎不及道人
紙数十一枚
In September of the 3rd Year of Tenmei era (1783)
Muchisai-fukyūdōjin (The ignorant scholar who did not reach the path of sages)of the Eastern Stinking Capital at the Efu (Edo) Seiryū Seisha inn
scribbled this with a bald brush.
Eleven sheets of paper

I couldn't find any monk with such a "worldly" name on Japanese language websites.

With regards,
I.Nagy
