Subject:Help with identifying this Chinese San Shui Painting

Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone here might be able to help me identify the artist of this Chinese ink painting and translate the calligraphy. This artwork was passed down to me from my grandfather, who acquired it in Fujian, China, in the 1980s. It has been in our family ever since, but we have little information about the artist or the meaning of the inscription.
The painting is a traditional shan shui (mountain-water) landscape, featuring misty mountains, trees, and a pavilion. It also has several red artist seals and a calligraphy inscription, which I would love to learn more about.
I have attached close-up images of the seals and calligraphy—any help in deciphering them or recognizing the artist would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance for any insights.
