My reading and interpretation of inscriptions.

三公得罰
摹老蓮居士之意永康依于中昌
The three princes face a punishment
Imitating the principles of Laolian-jushi* (The Old Lotus Layman)of Yong Kang (by) Yu Zhongchang
Seal,
于中昌印 Seal of Yu Zhongchang

* Pseudonym of Cheng Hongshou 陳洪綬 1599-1653
painter and poet in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties.

However, I can't find any clue about Yu Zhongchang

I would date it to the second half of the 19th century.

With regards,
I.Nagy
