Could someone help identify the name of the maker on this vase?

薩广　Satsuma - Satsuma
製造　Seizō - Made (The two characters are a bit pushed into each other)
and below them is the unidentifiable kao "花押" -a stylized signature used in place of real signature - of the maker.
