I have this japanese painting that I would like to know more about the artist.

This is a Chinese calligraphy.

福禄壽　Fuk Luk Sau -　Fortune, Prosperity & Longevity
家駒　Ka　Kui　（Jiaju）
Upper seal,
黎家駒筆　Written by Lai Ka Kui (Li Jiaju)
Lower seal,
黎家駒印　Seal of Lai Ka Kui

Unfortunately, I cannot tread the line between the two seals.

Lai Ka Kui (Li Jiaju in Mandarin) 1941-
Calligrapher and shrimp painter from Hong Kong.
Studied under Yuan Songnian.
Writes calligraphy and painting with a wooden pen.
