Subject:Han tortoise seal translation

I have a jade seal that is probably Han. Have found it difficult to find a translation of the seal script and wondered if anyone here can assist or provide direction.
The seal is 2.2cm square. Markings indicates it has been worn as a pendant. The script is in relief rather than intaglio.
I think the slightly crude fob but the beautifully executed script relief are suggestive of being of the period. Any other thoughts / insights appreciated.
