Hello. Can anyone recognize the author of this calligraphy? What is the subject of the text? Is there a date?
Many thanks in advance for any suggestions. Best regards,
Andrea

The text is Li Bai's poem titled "Seeing off Meng Haoran for Guangling at the Yellow Crane Tower.

My old friend bids farewell to me in the west at Yellow Crane Tower.
Amid March's mist and flowers he goes down to Yangzhou.
The distant image of his lonely sail disappears in the blue sky,
And all I see is the Long River flowing to the edge of sky.

Colophon,
In the Year of Earth-Monkey (...1908) at the Beginning of 5th Solar Term (April 4,5, or 6)
Written at the Age of 83 by Wushan Sheng-yiren
(Victorious Herrmit of the Mt. Wushan - Pseudonym)

Starting seal (Oval),
Flowers are pleasant to the heart

Upper seal,
The veteran of Mt. Wushan - Pseudonym
Lower seal,
Hermit from the Lower Reaches of the Yangtse River - Another pseudonym

That was all I could do.

With regards,
I.Nagy
