Subject:Vase symbol

I have these two vases that I found at a flea market with a simple stamp on the bottom and I was wondering if it meant anything. I bought them purely for decoration at a rather reasonable price but if they are significant in anyway, I want to make sure that they are in a safe place.

These marks or similar were used extensively during the 1970's.
So most likely decorative pieces etc.
