Subject:Little Dragon Carving For Information

Posting this for a friend that is inquiring if I know what type of stone this is and age. I am unable to tell by his pictures and hoping someone here may have some knowledge or ideas about the type of stone and possible age. All opinions welcome.

Based on the limited pictures I believe that this figure is probably treated serpentine.
The carving is poorly done and it is a tourist type carving from the later 20th Century.
Decorative value only.
