Subject:Ginbari Dragon Bowl, Unmarked

The bowl is 7" by 2 1/8"; the foot rim is 2 1/4". It weighs ~280 grams. Aside from the glazing, I believe it is all metal; a brass foundation with the patterned silver-foil Ginbari inside an' out, beneath a clear glaze that is over all.
There are zero signs of wear on the bowl itself, nor on the rim or foot.
Can any of you tell its age? I think the art, both the painted Dragon an' the stylized wave-forms (reminiscent of Hokusai/Kanagawa) are very well done, so tend to hope it has some age to it...but without a signature I have doubt. Thanks for lookin'!
