Unfortunately, the two seals on the side of the signature are too faint to read.

Seals on the fringe,
宜桓　Yi Huan　-　Surname and given name
祥慶堂記　Xiangqingtang Mark
These seals belonged to an art-shop.

On the Chinese language net I found a famous calligrapher named Zhang Ying 張英　1638-1708　who was also a minister of the Qing Dynasty.
I cannot be sure if he is the same calligrapher.
