Subject:Chinese silk scrolls - Please help translate the text and identify the artist

My mother purchased these framed scrolls at an estate sale in Manhasset, NY during the 1970s. She was told that Madame Chiang Kai-shek may have previously owned them.
Can anyone please help translate the text on these scrolls and identify the artist?
