CT scan is usefull to check antique artifact.
CT scan could give information about material of the item : iron, marble…
Density of iron is around 3 000 UH, aluminium is 700-800 UH, lead : 30 000 UH.
Density of marble is 2 300 UH, slate is 2200 UH.
It could detect if the item is one piece or if there is crack inside.
