Attached is a photo of an inscription on the bottom of a cup that was found in my grandmother's possessions. We are trying to learn more about this piece and any help would be appreciated.

天津物恒　　　Tianjin Wu Heng*

*Was a gold- and silverware shop in Tianjin during the late Qing and early Republic period.
