Subject:Help with signature and text

Recently, I bought two paintings at a flea market. Unfortunately, I don’t know their origin. I’m not sure if they are reproductions, original artworks, or commercial prints. I really like them and I’m curious about the meaning of the text written on them, as well as whether there’s a chance to identify the signature (the same one on both paintings). Thank you!
