Subject:help read japanese text on a print 2 of 2

This print with Dutch people belongs to a series. One of them shows Africans with some kind of a satiric text that I. Nagy kindly translated for me. I wonder whether this new print contains a similar text. Thank you to read it and translate it!!

Thanks a lot. You have found that the text in the African print of the same series was a play on two ambiguous word combinations. Can you find a similar play in the text on G Washington?

If nothing else, the reading of some syllabaries attached to the characters can be interpreted in a different way with a slight twist:
第一世話聖東名
だいいちせわしんとんな
Dai-ichi sewajin donna*
*(donna → danna = master)
ca. Primary master caretaker ...

Regards,
I.Nagy
