Can anyone identify the artist of this old woodblock? They seem to be battling demons

Title Fuji no mikari 富士の御狩 (The Hunt at Mount Fuji)

Dated 1811, 8th month (Kiwame censor and Hamako seals - Hamamatsuya Kosuke (combined seals used IIic/1811-1814)
