Subject:Chinese Seal Translation Help

I just picked up this Chinese hardstone seal. The seal measures 6cm (base) and is 9.4cm tall. I would like to know what the writing on the front and side (I assume a signature by the maker) and the seal itself. Thanks again!

A newly engraved version of an old seal used in the Liao or Khitan dynasty (916-1125).

啓聖軍節度史之印
(辽)大安丙寅年
三月日
Seal of Qisheng Military Commissioner
Fire-Tiger Year (1086) of (Liao) Da'an
in March
As of the front side, it would be rather difficult to decipher from reverse the so-called stacked or Nine Folded Seal Script.

Thank you again Mr. Nagy! The seal script photo is a reverse of the photo I took and is the impression that would be seen on paper.
