I recently purchased two paintings done by the same artist. One is signed "Baishi Shen Ren" & "Xiong Nan"(both share the same seal). Who was this artist
and where can I find more info. on him? Did he go by a different name? Date of birth? etc.

In my opinion,
熊楠　Xiong Nan Surname and given name
柳橋　Liuqiao and 白石山人　Baishisanren - are sobriquets

I cannot identify the artist.
