Subject:Meiji era print inscription

Hello,
Can someone please confirm to me that the reading of the inscriptions is right?
The first two are I guess the address and the name of the publisher, and the third one is the date of production.
Shiba ku Shinmei mae Takekawadō shuppan
Kino to hitsuji kisagi
