Subject:Japanese Charger Helf Needed To Identify

Good morning from the UK. I’ve recently picked up a nice piece of pottery, it’s hand painted and looks hand thrown, it measures around 32cms diameter and is embellished with gold and looks to have age. I wondered if anyone could identify the maker.

The mark reads: Dai 大 Nippon 日本 - Kutani 九谷 Sei 製 (= Great Japan - Made in Kutani).
So it's Kutani ware, unfortunately no maker name.
Date: Meiji period 1868-1911, probably late 19e century, made for export.
