Subject:Japanese All Cherry-Bark Tea Caddy; Maker's Label Translation, Please?

Most of these are bark over either metal or wood. This appears to be all bark. The label may be from a retailer, but I hope it's the maker's. Perhaps, with a translation, I'll be able to determine when an' where it was made. Thanks for lookin'!
