Subject:assistance with bronze dragon vase

I was hoping to get any information on the small side seal and opinions on the piece as well. Thanks in advanced for all opinions and information - Cheers, Jeff

Can you post a better image of the cartouche, containing the maker's name (3rd photo)?

I think the Chinese mark could eventually be read as 霞侏晶景 but I don't know how to pronounce it. Found no further references either.

This is a mirrored cartouche - it reads;
聶景霞制 Nie Jingxia-zhi - Made by Nie Jingxia

Bronzes made by Nie Jingxia more than 200 years ago are rare, while some imitation bronzes ”Made by Nie Jingxia” with exquisite craftsmanship have become "favorites" in the collection market.
