The original print is by Hokusai from the series 36 Views of Mt Fuji. It's title is not the same as that of the fan, see link

The text on your print is rather difficult to read (maybe I missed something) anyway here's what I propose

東都名所 Tōto meisho
三十六 富士 sanjuro Fuji
之内 no uchi
萬年橋 Man'nenbashi

Famous Places in the Eastern Capital
36 Fuji inside Mannen bridge
