Can anyone identify this man? What Nationality?
It is an actual photo - very old. About 7"x10"

Can’t say much about a possible name, but the last line in the right corner is ’Peking’, modern Beijing in China. Doesn’t appear to be an Imperial personage or scholar of the bureaucracy, as the robes of both would show imperial symbols or a rank badge.
