Subject:Help to identify artist of older ensō scroll

I would be grateful for help to identify the artist this ensō.

The scroll is 100 x 57 cm, and the artwork is 32 x 49 cm. It comes in an unsigned wooden box. It has a somewhat unusual mounting.

見佛道人書　- Kenbutsu Dōjin -sho - Written by Kenbutsu Dōjin (Recluse who sees Buddha)
Upper seal,
見佛　　　　- Kenbutsu
Lower seal,
徳衛　　　　- Tokuei (Dharma name)

Unidentifiable

The lower part of the calligraphy has been cut off, therefore it cannot be assembled into a meaningful sentence.
