Subject:Please Help Identify Japanese Traveler Paintings On Silk

These 2 paintings are painted on silk,, each image measures 26cm x 16cm,, they are quite detailed,, can anyone read the inscription and seal on them.

Both apparently dated summer 1928, genre paintings for tourists or general decoration. That on the right shows the eight Daoist immortals, not 100% sure of the scene shown at left. Seal reads Chang 昶, traditionally meaning "free, unimpeded". I. Nagy may be able to identify the painter's name from the inscription.
