Subject:Need help reading this document I inherited

I inherited this document from my father, and I am hoping someone can tell me what it says. Is there a name for this sort of writing on paper? Would this have been printed or handwritten? Can you tell what year?

This is a woodblock printing on xuan paper.
Title,
般若波羅密多心經
唐三蔵法師玄弉
The Essence of Prajňāpāramitā Sutra (The Heart Sutra) A short sutra presenting the heart of transcendental wisdom of the void.
This is one of the six Chinese translations, the one by the Tang Dynasty Tripitaka Great Master Xuanzang
Could be 100+ years old.
