| A herd of Kyangs appears on the western shore of Manasarovar. Along the kora (parikrama) path the lake is strewn with strange fish, seaweed & pebbles, and here one can find Rinchen’s sand made up of five-colors of turquoise, silver, gold, coral and iron. Medicinal herbs and fragrant incense sprout on the surrounding hills. Pilgrims gather these as offerings of the Gods. |
