| The rebuilding of the roof of this historical
resthouse (19th c.) complemented the adjacent Uma Maheswar Temple restoration and urban
square clean-up achieved in parallel by KVPT. Resthouses are important, but quickly disappearing architectural/ social monuments of the Kathmandu Valley and deserve such restoration efforts. Location: Patan World Heritage Site. |
