I was able to get this painting of mine translated as : 八十叟
Eighty year old man
信一
Shin'ichi/Nobukazu
藤信画印
painting seal of 藤信 (藤原信一 Fujiwara Shin'ichi/Nobukazu) - I am assuming this is from 1926 when he would have been 80 years old. I was wondering if anyone had seen a silk backing similar to this before with the gold threads?
