Here is my reading and rough translation;

桃花紅減欲空條
衣止余寒犹未消
倏尓風前聞布谷
杖藜歸去理松苗
丙寅四月新羅山嵒

The peach blossom wants to dwindle the read color of the sky
The lingering cold of my coat has not diappeared yet
Suddenly, the song of cuckoo is heard before the wind
The stalk of wild spinach wants to prop up the sprout of pine

In April of the Year of Fire-Tiger (1746) by
Xīnluó Shānrén Yán
