Subject:Help on large Japanese woodblock imitating a kakemono

Hi,
Help please to identify artist or Japanese writing on this large woodblock print imitating a kakemono. All areas are colour printed from woodblocks.

Inscription transliterated into modern Kana use;

われたのむひとをもって
なす給うは天下にて
名をやふがさん

Ware tanomu hito omotte
nasutamau wa tenka nite
na wo yogosan

I wish for those who are self-comceited
not to dishonor teir names in the world.

There is no indication of the artist on the picture.
