Hello,

I just bought this painting and would love to know more about it. Anybody know who the artist is or anything about the painting?

斗山　　　-　Dŏushān
Upper seal,
曹碩梅印　-　Seal of Cáo Shuòméi - Surname and given name of artist
The body of the 3rd character is smudged, so its
reading could be something else, too - but, most probably 梅 "méi")
Lower seal,
斗山　　　- Dŏushān (Struggling against mountains) - Pseudonym

I can't find the above names anywhere.

Thank you so much! I know the mystery has yet to be solved but getting anything is something. It looks like the stamp never fully took with the third character which is strange. No matter what it was beautifully done.
