Subject:chinese scroll help with artist

Good evening forum,

2 scroll seeking your help with artist. I tried to enhance the seals on the one image so it is much more red than the actual image. Thank you for any help and assistance.

Lower seal,
振夏　-　Zhenxia

Liu Zhenxia 劉振夏　1941-2018
Ink painter from Suzhou, Jiangsu.　Graduated from
Suzhou Arts and Crafts College. In the early 1980s he was well known in the art world for his work titled "The Fisherman". For a longer time he refused to sell his works.

As of the 2nd older scroll I am still trying to
read the seals.
