Subject:Need help attributing this Hokusai Woodblock

Greetings, Attached is a woodblock print. On the bottom it attributes the work to Katsushika Hokusai in 1812. I would greatly appreciate any information you might have on this item. The mark doesn't appear to be his signature. Thank you!

This is a single page from Hokusai's Sketches (Hokusai Manga) - a collection of of 15 illustrated sample books. Your page is the right side of two opposite pages depicting together 12 animals of the Japanese Zodiac in the 4th volume.
The Romanized name of Hokusai with the date on the matboard was witten by the mounter.

Your print is a page from an ehon (book). It is from Volume IV Animals of Transmitting the Spirit and Revealing the Form of Things - Random Drawings of Hokusai (DENSHIN KAISHU).
