Subject:Painting on cloth translation help

This one seems to be painted on a silk cloth as it is coming out of the back of frame. Any help is appreciated on artist age etc..

Probably Utagawa Kagetora a.k.a. Kagehisa, according to sources he was a disciple of Utagawa Toshikage, active in the 1880's.
