This is a really nice landscape, I need to know what the writing next to the landscape says, and what is the name of the artist that made the scroll, also the writing on the back of the scroll what does it say. Thank you.

春輝　　　-　Chun Hui　（If surname and given name,
Chunhui if art-name) - Unidentifiable, most probably contemporary artist.

山水　 春峰　　-　Landscape Chunhui
