Subject:Identification of Print/Artist
Posted By: Lance William Frazer Tue, Dec 03, 2019 IP: 2601:204:4002:e750:3 Am trying to identify a print I was recently given, and would appreciate any help. It's a nice woodblock print, about 10 1/2 x 14 3/4. At a guess, I'd say mid 1900s, but only a guess based on its aging. I had thought much of the information on the right side was clipped off, but the sheet had been folded to fit the frame, so I'll attach a photo of that later. No image match on line. Many thanks in advance for any and all assistance. |

Posted By: Lance Frazer Thu, Dec 05, 2019 Many thanks, Stan. I noticed there was also information (?) on the right margin, which had been folded back by a previous owner to fit a smaller frame. I've attached a photo of that as well as what I assume is the artist's seal (quite faded), and would appreciate any other information you might be able to translate from that.Again, my sincere thanks. |
