Subject:Request help in identifying mark on Japanese Charger

Greetings,
Request your help identifying the mark and age of this large charger. It is finely done. I suspect this is a newer piece. I would greatly appreciate any information or thoughts on it.

The mark reads: Kogai 光崖 Kutani 九谷. Kutani being the area where this was made. Date 1990-2000. Older Kogai marks have Kutani on the right site of the seal, see picture.

Kogai Gama (kiln) has prospered for more than 80 years, since the founder of Gokai Gama established it in 1930. It's located in Takando town, Komatsu city, Ishikawa prefecture.
