Subject:Japanese calligraphy scroll inquiry.

This scroll got my interest doe to it's large size and lush packaging in 2 wooden boxes and sandalwood sachet for aroma. What does it says, who is the artist.

蘇峯　-　Sohō　(Variation of 蘇峰）
Upper seal,
徳冨猪印　-　Tokutomi I-in (Seal of Tokutomi I　- (Iichirō)
Lower leisure seal,
蘇峰學入　- Sohō　-gakunyu （Sohō who entered learning)

Tokutomi Sohō　徳冨蘇嶺　1863-1957
Sohō was his pen-name, real name was Iichiro
猪一郎
Japanese journalist, critic, historian active
from late Meiji through mid-Shōwa, after WWII
period.

Esteemed I. Nagy, thank you for your kind replies, the scroll turned out to be a very interesting item indeed, only other of his scrolls is on the wikipedia page about him. I will continue the research to find out more about his work.
