清雲造 - Seiun -zō - Made by Seiun
Possibly, Takamura Seiun, 高村清雲 coppersmith from the Meiji era.

Esteemed I.Nagy thank you for the identification. I have found more of his works online, he has a distinct style. Any chance th second vase can be identified? I attach the seal and text photo. thank you.

Inscription says,
Wedding Commemoration
1974.11.21
Otono Yoshitsuki - Etsuko
(According to the script it seems to be a Japanese customary present given to guests at a wedding reception)
The 清雲 "Seiun" embossement nowhere in sight,
and there is no patina at all - I think this is different item.

With regards,
I.Nagy

Esteemed I. Nagy the vase is a different item from the one you have identified as 清雲 "Seiun" work. It is interesting to see that such large objects were given as a gift to the guest at the wedding ceremony. Japanese culture is fascinating indeed.. Thank you so much for your help.
Best Regards
Spartakos
