These seals seem to be very legible and it looks like an older picture on rice paper. Can anyone read? Thank you!

Because of the reflection I can't read the first picture.
The signature and seal on the second picture read,
家翔於惠泉山麓 - Jiaxiang (Signature) at the Foot of Huiquan Mountain
Seal,
金家翔印 - Seal of Jin Jiaxiang

Jin Jiaxing 金家翔 1952-
Painter from Wuxi City,Jiangsu, currently serves as senior artist at the Cultural Management Office of Nanchan Temple in Wuxi City.

Artist's name is Jin Jiaxiang 金家翔, doesn't predate the 1980s. inscription illegible in your pictures
