Subject:Identification of the marks/characters

Hello Friends,

Kindly assist in the identification of the marks/characters and indicate which period it maybe attributed to.

The piece is as follows;

i.) White famille rose side markings and red characters on bottom. *(numerous Characters)

Any further scholarly support/identification is welcome.

Inscriptions on the bottom,

中華民國台灣省菸酒公賣局　-　Republic of China, Taiwan Province, Tobacco and Alcohol Sales Bureau
The seal is too blurred to read.
The inscription speaks for itself.
