This is on the bottom of an old looking stamp with a man that looks like Confucius.

I've seen similar but less clear marks on other older figurines that I believe probably were made at Shiwan (石湾), the kiln center in the Guangzhou suburb of Foshan (佛山). However, I've so far never seen a translated version of the seal script. Maybe this time we'll both have luck.
