I would appreciate if anyone is able to read what mark this is on an antique Chinese Opium pipe.

Why not take a picture of the mark straight on to make it easy for everybody???????????

And while you're at it, take a picture of the white item.

Sometimes it is not always possible to take a picture "straight". I will try and see if it is at all possible to do but cannot promise this is possible.
I was only hoping for some partial help. I cannot understand why you feel you need to be impolite? Eleven "?" is not the best way to say "Please".

The person seeking help is the one to say "please" and to provide all the necessary information (images and personal knowledge) about the object in question to anyone willing to help. If you don't go to the trouble how can anyone help you and why should they help you?

I'm not a fan of these period water pipes. I must say that yours is one in a handful of hundreds that I like.
The cloisonne is tastefully done to my eye.

The horizontal script reads:
運龍街 Yun Long Jie (Yun Long Street or
Market)
The vertical script reads:
榮記舗 Ronjipu (Ronji Shop)
The first character 榮 appeares in abbreviated
form with grass crown. The problem is the 3rd
character.I might be wrong, but a better close up picture could solve it.
With regards,

Fyi, that style of Chinese pipe was used to smoke tobacco, pulling the smoke through a water chamber. Opium cannot be smoked from that style of pipe. But yes, they are often mistaken for opium pipes.
