Item was bought in the country Iran in 1970's the year before the Shah was overthrown. It already had the existing ?burn marks? in the inside, coloring it black.. it has a seal I was told is "Chinese archaic script, nobody bothers to translate it anymore" and also another person, "late 19th century early 20th century item... has imperial seal although not made in the imperial house"... Is this correct? Age? Value? Mark translation? Name of dynasty made during? Collectible?? Thank you. I came into possession of it less than three or four weeks ago
