I bought this silk painting. Someone could help me to identify the signature and time ?

Should be in the general vicinity of 1870-1930 +/-
The picture is unsigned and the seal is unreadable. The first four columns of the inscription are two lines of a poem, the last two columns state that it was painted in the style of Ming painter Chen Chun 陈淳, though Chen was known for painting plants and flowers, not figures or "beautiful women".

Nice picture but unusual for having such a washed out appearance.
