Posted By: Guy Thu, Mar 09, 2017 IMO, the printed commercial mark reads 百版, 'Hyakuban' and could refer to an early 20th century publisher who issued reprints/facsimile of famous Hokusai prints. Eventually, it could also be the name of a retailer selling Hokusai reprints at that time. |
