Subject:Chinese art Stamp identification please

I have recently bought a piece of artwork by what i believe to be a chinese artist. it has a stuck on Stamp which i believe to be his/her singanture. Can anyone translate or find who it is for me please. It says GUO and 1989 at the side of it but cant seem to find a artist that paints like this with the name guo. Any help is much appreciated.

Guo Lianxun 郭連訓　1952-
Born in Qingdao, Shandong.
Graduated from the China Academy of Art, also studied in the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris. Before retirement he was a senior lecturer at the Vocational and Technical College of Art and Design of the China Academy of Art.
From 2010 he has been living in Hangzhou.
